GINGER PEAR MOCKTAIL
1C granulated sugar ⠀
1C filtered water ⠀
1tsp fresh grated ginger ⠀

4C ginger ale ⠀
4C pear nectar
CINNAMON ROSEMARY HOT TODDY
45ml cognac ⠀
juice from half a lemon ⠀
1 tbsp honey ⠀
boiling water ⠀
garnish: lemon wedge, rosemary sprig & cinnamon stick ⠀

Combine cognac, lemon juice, honey & boiling water in glass. Stir until dissolved. Add garnishes

SPICED ORANGE & CINNAMON G&T
50ml gin ⠀
100ml tonic ⠀
Orange slices ⠀
Ground nutmeg ⠀
Cinnamon stick ⠀
Garnish:orange peel ⠀

fill glass with ice. add orange slices. sprinkle nutmeg. add cinnamon stick. pour gin. add tonic water. add orange peel. stir and enjoy. ⠀

RUM SOUR
40ml rum washed with toasted marshmallow ⠀
20ml rose liqueur ⠀
20ml lemon⠀
10ml lime ⠀
5ml orgeat ⠀
egg white

SIP INTO SPRING

eldeflower liqueur ⠀
sparkling rosé⠀
sparkling water ⠀

CANDY CANE COCKTAIL
1/2 cup coco sky liqueur ⠀
2 candy canes, plus extra for garnish ⠀
30ml vodka ⠀
⠀
Crush candy canes. Add liqueur and crushed candy canes into a jar. Infuse for an hour, shaking periodically. Strain. Add candy canes infused liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glasses over ice. Garnish with candy canes ⠀
